REMOTE CUSTOMER SERVICE

Comprehensive remote service including basic repair walk-through, hardware and software troubleshooting, method development, hardware and software training. We proudly support existing Scion, Varian, and Bruker GC/GCMS systems, as well as CTC CombiPAL autosamplers. We also offer remote software upgrades of existing Star/Galaxy/CompassCDS to be up to date with the latest version of Windows.

ON-SITE CUSTOMER SERVICE

Dedicated on-site service for emergency repairs, routine maintenance, PM calls, IQOQ, troubleshooting, method development, hardware and software training. We proudly repair and upgrade existing Scion, Varian, and Bruker GC/GCMS systems, as well as CTC CombiPAL autosamplers. We also do on-site field upgrades, including adding injectors, detectors, sampling systems, and upgrading older Varian/Bruker systems to run on the latest version of CompassCDS.
